The Office of Programs to Enhance Neuroscience Workforce Diversity (OPEN) coordinates diversity activities for the National Institute of Neurological Disorders and Stroke (NINDS). The NINDS is committed to the development of a biomedical research workforce that is representative of the diversity in American society. This talk will highlight neuroscience training programs aimed to enhance diversity and inclusion in the research workforce, as well as provide insight into professional development opportunities for successful career transitions.
